This massage is a dynamic combination between deep tissue, neuromuscular therapy techniques, kinesio-muscular techniques, and stretching; all designed to help athletes feel relieved and reach their full potential. ***Deep Tissue Therapy is not recommended for individuals who take blood thinners or are on an aspirin regiment, and is not recommended for pregnant women.
